Step Four: Make a mold of your teeth and ship back to us.

Step Five: We will make your grill and ship back to you.

Mold Kits are Shipped Using Standard Shipping. Finished Grillz will be shipped by the shipping method you select at checkout. Once your payment has cleared we will ship you your mold kit, once you take the mold of your teeth you will then ship the mold back to us and we will then begin the process of creating your grill and then ship it back to you.--

HOW TO DO YOUR PERFECT MOLD

Once your purchase is complete you will be sent a mold kit that consists of:

• 2 different color bags of dental putty
• 1 or 2 mouth trays (depending on the order)
• Checkmate Diamond Co. teeth slip

Step one - The dental mold clay is usually in two colors. Green and White. You will take the amount provided and mold it together until it is one solid lighter green piece. Do it quickly (15-45 sec) to assure the putty doesn't harden up too much for your mold. Roll putty into a short thick hot dog shape. 

Step two - Press putty into mouth tray. Form the shape of the tray while doing this. Make sure you pack it down tight and make the putty flush with the tray.

Step three - Bite down into the mold tray. MAKE SURE THERE IS A LAYER OF PUTTY BETWEEN YOUR GUM AND INNER LIP.  Cover the the whole tray with your lips to the best of your ability. Hold in place for 3mins. The mold will harden and come straight out when you pull it with limited residue left.

Step four - Bag up your mold and Checkmate Diamond Co. teeth slip and ship it back to us.
